These Terms apply to all users of the spiv2 platform, including visitors without an account, registered members, and VIP members. Continued use of our platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Spiv2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest terms in effect.

To register and use the spiv2 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. spiv2 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user found not to meet these requirements at any time.

• Aged 18 years or above at the date of registration
• Is an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person
• Not prohibited by any local or international law from participating in online gaming activities
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Does not hold any other active account on the spiv2 platform (only one account is permitted per individual)

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances refunded or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Notify spiv2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Update your personal information if any changes occur
• Do not transfer or sell your account to any other party
• Do not allow others to use your account

Spiv2 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, particularly where you have shared your login credentials.

Spiv2 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other major local banks. All financial transactions are processed through channels protected by SSL 256-bit encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. No daily maximum deposit limit applies to regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher limits according to their membership tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method used.

Spiv2 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. • Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Conducting suspicious transactions that indicate money laundering activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes
• Using another person's account credentials without authorization
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the spiv2 customer support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Spiv2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period
• Instructions from the relevant authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

For inactive accounts, spiv2 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 after a 12-month period of inactivity, subject to prior notification via the user's registered email.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spiv2 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including in-game losses
• Service disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Data loss resulting from technical failures or third-party cyberattacks
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Spiv2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a prominent notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where spiv2 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
